about the handling of personal data registered in the Application of Enduraid.

1. During the registration process in the Application of Enduraid, client provides – via the registration process – the following personal data to Enduraid: all the given information of the profile site. The registration happens on a voluntary basis.

2. Client gives his or her approval of his/her data management, described in the document, with the registration for the service.

3. Enduraid use its clients’ personal data for its own marketing and business activity, market search and orientation via phone, other electronic channels (E.g. E-mail,SMS, MMS) automatic calling system or via regular mail. As the data is given voluntarily, the approval of data management by Enduraid is given by the client with his/her registration for the service. The claim of data management based on the law year 2011 CXII. 5 § (1) paragraph point a) about information autonomy right and the freedom of information, is the client’s voluntary contribution.

4. Data without previously agreed with the client, will not be given out to third party, excluding the cases described by the given law.

5. With the termination of Enduraid or rather with the forwarding of informative material, the database will be automatically eliminated.

6. In case, client agrees that Enduraid use his/her personal data given during the registration, to its own marketing activity, Enduraid will do it until revocation.

7. In case, the owner of the data would not like to get any more information on the activity of Enduraid any more, than he/she can request the deletion of his/her personal data from the marketing data base; moreover, can request the modification or data handling information of his/her personal data in a written declaration via the info@enduraid.me electronic e-mail address.
